We are currently seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at the Wetherill Park depot in Sydney, NSW.

About the Role

  • Produce and dispatch pre-mix powders and resins according to specification
  • Ensure safe handling of hazardous chemicals during operations
  • Operate fixed and mobile plant machinery, including LF forklifts, efficiently and safely
  • Maintain quality, safety, and environmental compliance standards
  • Perform physical tasks related to maintaining the production area and equipment
  • Collect product samples for quality testing in the laboratory

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with paints, plastics, or chemicals is preferred but not essential
  • Hold a valid driver's licence
  • Possess a forklift licence
  • Demonstrate effective organisational and time management skills
  • Exhibit high attention to detail
  • Be physically able to perform daily lifting tasks up to 20kg safely
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Show willingness to work as part of a team and assist colleagues outside of operations
  • Be a proactive individual who takes initiative
