About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate In-Home Support Worker to join our team. As an In-Home Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to empower elderly individuals by helping them maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing personalized care and support to seniors. You will be responsible for providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance, as well as assisting with daily living activities such as eating, drinking, and managing medications.

You will also have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship when needed.

  • Provide personalized care and support to elderly individuals in their homes
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers
  • Assist with meal preparation and cleaning
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar field
  • Bilingual proficiency in English (and other languages a plus)
  • Fully vaccinated
  • Current Driver's Licence
