Job Title: Home Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide high-quality personal, social and emotional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care: Assist with activities such as showering, dressing, toileting and grooming, maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.
  • Mobility Support: Help residents with walking, using mobility aids or transferring between different positions.
  • Monitoring Health: Observe and report any changes in the resident's health or behavior.
  • Meal Assist: Support residents with their dietary requirements and assist them in eating.
  • Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of care provided, observations and any changes in the resident's condition.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
  • Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.
  • Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
  • Friendly and effective communication abilities.
