HR Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to manage employee records, coordinate recruitment processes, and contribute to company culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and files
  • Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Provide weekly reports on employee changes
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

Culture & Engagement:

  • Contribute to creating a positive work environment in the Central Office
  • Organize new employee inductions and setup
  • Assist with conferences, events, and meeting setup
  • Order supplies and liaise with vendors
  • Keep company organizational charts up to date
  • Help coordinate reward and recognition programs for teams

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Great communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple tasks at once
