We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Support Professional to provide essential support to the HR function and the wider business.
This role involves providing administrative support across all HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, leave management, and employee records.
Maintaining accurate employee data across systems and documentation is crucial, ensuring compliance and consistency.
Main Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day support to the HR team, handling tasks such as email management, calendar organization, and document preparation.
- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contact information, job details, and performance evaluations.
- HRIS Updates: Assist with updates, implementation, and process improvements of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in an HR administration or operational HR support role.
- Skills: Strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Personal Qualities: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
