Detail-Oriented Accounts Payable Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments and reconcile supplier statements
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Receipt and match invoices
- Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs
- Coding and entering invoices into the system
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
