We are seeking an experienced and values-driven professional to lead our Bankstown Hub and outreach sites.

About the Role:- Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality services
- Drive sustainable employment outcomes and meet quarterly targets
- Build strong partnerships with employers, referral sources, and stakeholders
- Maintain performance records, manage risks, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards
- Leading and mentoring staff to achieve excellent results
- Driving operational excellence while keeping participants at the centre of everything we do
- Representing the organization at industry forums, networks, and community events
- Proven experience in leading teams and driving results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Auslan proficiency or a commitment to further developing Auslan skills
