">About the Role">The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of Deaf culture and be fluent in Australian Sign Language (Auslan).

- Nurture first language acquisition through rich linguistic landscapes.">
- Develop Theory of Mind through play-based activities.">
- Promote early literacy and prepare children for reading.">
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with professionals to ensure holistic care.">
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.">
- Contribute to team discussions on best practice and service delivery.">
Requirements:

- Be Deaf or Hard of Hearing.">
- Fluent Auslan user.">
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.">
- Enthusiasm for working with children and adults in a multi-age group setting.">
- Current NSW Working With Children Check or Qld Blue Card Holder.">
- NDIS Worker Clearance.">
- Current driver's license.">
