We are seeking a Crew Member to join our team at El Jannah.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders through our POS system, and preparing menu items to high standards.

Our Crew Members play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate individuals who are hungry to deliver exceptional services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service every time
  • Taking ravenous customer orders through our POS system
  • Packing and handing over hot orders to customers and delivery drivers
  • Attending the chip and chicken fryers to put the sizzle in
  • Cooking up our legendary charcoal chicken
  • Portioning the juiciest charcoal chicken for order
  • Assembling our mouthwatering burgers and rolls
  • Managing the grill to cook our delicious menu options
  • Preparing fresh, authentic salads
  • Helping with dishwashing
  • Maintaining high safety and hygiene standards in the restaurant
  • Keeping the work area clean and organized

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in the fast food industry (but not essential)
  • Working to a high level of energy and efficiency
  • Keen interest to learn on the go and adapt new skill sets
  • Kindness is key: being courteous and customer-focused
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, delivering hot food
  • Willingness to follow direction and procedures to align with company values
