Key Role in Shaping Justice Sector Change

We seek a seasoned Change Management Professional to join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in governing, delivering, and embedding transformation across the Ministry of Justice.

The primary responsibilities include driving change management best practices, offering expert guidance on complex change risks and issues, partnering with business groups to build change management capability, and delivering enterprise change portfolio impact forecasts and insights.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Significant experience in enterprise change leadership within complex organisations
  • Experience in developing and improving change management frameworks, practices, and tools, ideally in an investment setting
  • An ability to enhance organisational performance through data analysis, identifying trends, and driving improvements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including stakeholder management and experience influencing people at all levels
  • A working knowledge of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and its implications for the work of the Ministry of Justice
