Job Summary

This pivotal role is crucial in shaping large-scale projects and programmes that drive meaningful change across the justice sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic change management best practice and offer expert guidance on complex change risks and issues.
  • Partner with business groups to build change management capability across projects, people leaders, and governance teams.
  • Deliver enterprise-wide change portfolio impact forecasts and insights for governance groups and decision makers.

As part of our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office team, you will be committed to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes for New Zealanders.

Essential Qualifications
  • Significant experience in enterprise change leadership within complex organisations.
  • Experience in developing and improving change management frameworks, practices, and tools, ideally in an investment setting.
  • An ability to enhance organisational performance through data analysis, identifying trends and driving improvements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including stakeholder management and influencing people at all levels.
  • A working knowledge of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and its implications for the work of Te Tāhū o te Ture – Ministry of Justice.
