Strategic Change Leader

We are seeking a senior professional to join our organization's Enterprise Portfolio Management Office team. The role will play a pivotal part in shaping large-scale projects and programmes to deliver meaningful change across the justice sector.
Main Responsibilities- Drive enterprise change leadership best practice and offer expert guidance on complex change risks and issues.
- Partner with business groups to build change management capability across projects, people leaders, and governance groups.
- Deliver impact forecasts and insights for governance groups and decision makers.
- You will have extensive experience in change leadership within complex organizations.
- You will have expertise in developing and improving change management frameworks, practices, and tools.
- You will be able to enhance organizational performance through data analysis, identify trends, and drive improvements.
- You will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including stakeholder management and influencing people at all levels.
- You will have a working knowledge of key principles and implications for the work of Te Tāhū o te Ture – Ministry of Justice.
