Strategic Change Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive meaningful change across the justice sector.

  • lead change management best practice and offer expert guidance on complex change risks and issues
  • partner with business groups to build change management capability across our projects, people leaders, and governance groups
  • deliver enterprise change portfolio impact forecasts and insights for governance groups and decision makers

This role provides an opportunity to apply your expertise at a strategic level, influencing how projects and programmes shape the future of justice in Aotearoa.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • significant experience in enterprise change leadership within complex organisations
  • experience in developing and improving change management frameworks, practices, and tools, ideally in an investment setting
  • an ability to enhance organisational performance through data, to identify trends and drive improvements
  • exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including stakeholder management and experience influencing people across all levels
  • a working knowledge of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and the implications of these for the work of Te Tāhū o te Ture – Ministry of Justice
