About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sustainability Driven Business Development Manager to join our team based in Brisbane. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and sustainability in the corrugated packaging industry.

Job Description
  • Drive Sales Targets: Strengthen current client relationships and identify new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Tailored Solutions: Use in-depth knowledge of corrugated packaging to develop tailored solutions for key clients.
  • Clear Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients and Visy's internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly.
  • Optimization: Work with production and scheduling teams to optimize stock levels and ensure delivery reliability.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in Sales and Account Management within the packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG industry.
  • Corrugated Packaging Knowledge: Strong familiarity with corrugated packaging solutions and customer needs in the sector.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a personable and professional approach.
