We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Locum People. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our premium European outdoor play and exercise equipment business.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in local councils, urban designers, landscape architects, and property developers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with our product team to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
