**Event Planning Role Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team and assist in the management of events.

The role involves providing event support and administrative assistance to team members, updating event calendars, scheduling meetings, managing invoices, and assisting with event collateral and budget reconciliations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide event support and administrative assistance to team members
  • Update and maintain accuracy of master event calendars
  • Schedule fortnightly Events team meetings and develop agendas
  • Manage accurate processing of all invoices
  • Assist with printing, production, and collation of event collateral
  • Assist with packing and unpacking of event toolboxes and collateral
  • Assist with event budget reconciliations, pCard reconciliations, event reporting, travel bookings, and other event support

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 2 years previous events coordination experience within a corporate environment
  • An understanding of e-marketing and event management systems (particularly Aventri)
  • Strong organisational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced level Microsoft Outlook, OneNote, Teams, Planner, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
