As a key business partner within our organization, you will provide strategic guidance to senior leaders on all aspects of bid strategy and management. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a strong, collaborative team culture across the national Bids team.

  • Effectively produce and manage high-quality engagement-specific bids following our firm's framework.
  • Certainly ensure that partners are coached and supported pitch teams achieve the best outcome for our organization in all bids managed.
  • Confidently guide and influence opportunity qualification (bid/no bid) in accordance with our criteria.

You will work closely with Business Development specialists to support end-to-end pursuit processes. In addition, you will be supported by our Bids Enablement team in opportunity spotting and administrative processes related to the day-to-day management of complex bids.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have approximately 7 years of experience in a similar position within a professional services environment. Key skills include initiative, curiosity, commercial acumen, self-awareness, project management skills, flexibility, effective communication, and team working skills.
