Job Title: Bid Coordinator

A highly organised and proactive professional is required to manage the end-to-end bid process for EOI, RFT, and tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the entire bid lifecycle from initiation to final submission
  • Liaise with project managers, estimators, and subject matter experts to gather relevant content
  • Format and compile submission documents using advanced Microsoft Word skills and formatting techniques
  • Manage and maintain bid content, templates, and documents in SharePoint for seamless collaboration and control
  • Ensure all submission requirements are met and delivered on time through meticulous planning and prioritisation
  • Support broader business development activities including capability statements, client presentations, and strategic partnerships
About You:
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar role or an equivalent position
  • Background working with head contractors in the construction, mining, or resources sector, with a strong understanding of industry standards and compliance
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills – including document formatting, styles, and control, as well as experience with other Microsoft Office tools
  • Solid SharePoint experience – content management, collaboration, and workflow automation
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure under pressure
Desirable (but not essential):
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools, including InDesign and Acrobat
  • Understanding of ISO standards and bid compliance processes, with knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practices
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a focus on leadership, strategy, and innovation

This is a temporary/hourly rates position, offering $45 - $50 per hour + Super, weekly pay, Monday - Friday, and potential for ongoing work. A competitive hourly rate will be negotiated based on your skills and experience.
