As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key part in the success of our operation by leading a small group of customer-facing staff and baristas to deliver exceptional service, high-quality products, and ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking candidates with a strong track record of experience in shift supervisory or team leader roles within the fast-food, cafe, or restaurant industry. Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience as a shift supervisor or team leader in a similar environment
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts
  • Familiarity with specialty coffee preparation is advantageous
