Hospitality Services Manager Opportunity

At our aged care facilities, we are seeking a Hospitality Services Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality meals to residents.

  • Lead and mentor hospitality workers to achieve exceptional standards in meal preparation and service.
  • Oversee the planning, ordering, and preparation of meals, ensuring they meet resident dietary requirements and food safety guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care quality standards, organisational policies, and procedures.
  • Recruit, select, and orientate new team members.
  • Respond to information received from food safety authorities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Certificate IV in Hospitality or relevant qualification.
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Aged Care Quality and Food Safety Standards.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and devices.
