About the Role

As Regional General Manager, you'll oversee operations in NSW & ACT. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement vision and plans for the region.
  • Business Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance metrics, workforce planning, and resource requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and manage a large team, including talent acquisition and employee relations processes.
  • Career Advancement Opportunities: Direct regional sales efforts, achieve revenue targets, and support corporate development initiatives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyse operational performance, develop strategies for improvement, and ensure compliance with all standards.
  • Safety and Compliance Governance: Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety legislation, Customs, Biosecurity, and employment laws.
  • Risk Management and Mitigation: Prepare annual risk management profiles and implement necessary actions.
