Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets and hit KPI results.

This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week requiring availability either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, and occasional public holidays.

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering personalized customer experiences.
  • Coach and develop the team, providing feedback to enhance performance.
  • Manage daily operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Perform Store Manager duties when required, including opening and closing the store.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous leadership experience in a fashion retail environment.
  • Confidence in providing feedback and coaching team members.
  • A strong passion for fashion and delivering personalized customer service.
  • Knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety practices.
  • Experience in visual merchandising is a plus.
