About the Role

We are looking for an Associate with 2-3 years' experience in complex technology and commercial work, preferably working within a similar large firm environment with a focus on larger, transactional deals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting technology contracts and agreements, and providing advice on the supply and procurement of goods or services in the digital, technology, telecommunications, and media sectors.
