Commercial Lawyer Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled lawyer to work with us, providing legal services to small businesses and start-ups.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing commercial legal services to clients, including contract drafting and review, corporate law, employment law, and technology law
  • Working independently and remotely, with flexible working hours
  • Collaborating with our team to provide high-quality legal services to clients
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in general commercial law, with experience in areas such as contract drafting and review, corporate law, employment law, and technology law
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
