Empower Lives through Quality Training in Community Services

The Role of a Trainer & Assessor

We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver the Cert III in Individual Support as part of our training team. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, minimum 3 days per week, offering flexible working arrangements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Course Delivery and Planning
  • Maintain records of student progress and attendance.
  • Analyse current training methods and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and assist with student placements and industry visits.
  • Provide exceptional care and support to students.

You will guide students to become confident, knowledgeable and skilled in Aged Care/Disability Support. A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle are required.

Key Requirements:
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Relevant Individual Support qualifications.
  • Proven experience in delivering and assessing vocational education and training.
  • Industry currency and experience.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
