Multidisciplinary Speech Pathologist for Community NDIS

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our progressive community NDIS organisation in Richmond, Melbourne. As a multidisciplinary clinician, you will provide services and support to individuals in the community, maintaining an ongoing clinical caseload and developing language skills while encouraging confidence in communication.

This role offers autonomy and flexibility, with the opportunity to tailor your caseload to meet your professional interests. You will work with a broad range of clients, including those in their homes, workplaces, schools, or out in the community, providing tailored support and guidance. With flexible working hours and WFH options, you can achieve a healthy work-life balance.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation. We also offer a range of benefits, including:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA registration
  • 6+ months of experience in a therapeutic role
  • Highly approachable and empathetic approach
  • Strong documentation and time management skills
  • Active listening and critical thinking abilities
  • Current driver's licence and own vehicle
