Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing admissions, and coordinating administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our care home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming introductions to prospective residents and their loved ones, handling enquiries and coordinating admissions.
  • Support and oversee the care home employee experience, administering rosters, recruitment activities, and managing annual and sick leave.
  • Effectively lead the customer and administrative experience function of the care home, ensuring customer service is delivered to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Patience and calm demeanor, with a sunny disposition.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to reassure and follow up with residents and their families.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in a similar admin/customer service role, with a strong understanding of aged care facilities and admissions processes.
  • Highly developed organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and self-direct.
