As part of GrainCorp's end-to-end supply chain, Auscol works with a diverse customer base across metropolitan, regional, and remote Australia, providing equipment, transport, and service solutions for the collection and upcycling of used cooking oil.
About the Role
GrainCorp is seeking a skilled Transport and Customer Service Coordinator to provide administrative, customer service, and operational support to our Auscol business nationally. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a high volume of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and invoicing requirements
- Managing customer accounts and site stocks
- Recording customer interactions and details of actions taken
- Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales and operational targets
- Generating sales leads and route planning activities for sales teams
- Providing accurate and timely reporting on results
About Your Experience
Candidates will have prior experience in customer service or a related field, ideally in the waste, recycling, oils, or transport industries. They will also demonstrate:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- High customer and solution focus, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly transactional work environment
