The Opportunity

As a Support Worker at Claro, you will be working with our community clients in their homes, providing support with daily living tasks, personal care, and activities outside the home environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and personal care
  • Assisting with medication compliance and dispensation
  • Supporting clients with activities outside the home, such as shopping and social events
  • Providing transportation and accompaniment to appointments and activities

Shift times may vary, but you can expect to work a range of shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, Monday to Sunday.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • Australian Drivers Licence (P2 minimum), reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months), and National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
  • Able to work a range of shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts
