At Virtusa, we are seeking an experienced Pega Senior Systems Architect to join our team in Sydney, Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to utilize their expertise in system architecture, software development, and project management to drive success in our organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Pega Senior Systems Architect for multiple accounts, with a total of at least 5 years of Pega experience. They will be certified SSA and possess strong stakeholder management skills. Additionally, they should have experience working in international markets such as Australia, Europe, or the US, as well as DevOps and Agile experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Pega systems that meet business requirements and ensure efficient performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and drive project success.
  • Actively participate in requirements, design, and construction phases to lead to successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing Pega Senior Systems Architect for multiple accounts.
  • Total of at least 5 years of Pega experience.
  • Certified SSA.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in international markets such as Australia, Europe, or the US.
  • DevOps and Agile experience.
Good to Have
  • Working knowledge on Pega Robotics, API Standards, Enterprise Security Protocols, Performance Monitoring and improvement.
  • Experience on PEGA upgrades, application migration and DB migration.
  • Good knowledge of SQL using Oracle.
Benefits

Virtusa offers a competitive salary range for this position, estimated to be between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience. The exact salary will be discussed during the hiring process.
