We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality geotechnical services to our clients.

As a Geotechnical Engineer with our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects from conception to construction. You will provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their projects meet the highest standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality geotechnical consultation services on foundations, retaining walls, slope stability investigations, pavement designs, and earthworks supervision.
  • Effectively communicating and consulting on design outcomes with clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the local market.
  • Traveling and undertaking minor fieldwork as required.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, Civil Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2+ years' experience in a geotechnical role.
  • Proven expertise in geotechnical investigation and AS1726 compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A track record of developing and sustaining client relationships.
  • Able to negotiate complex project contracts.
  • Proficient software skills in major geotechnical design suites (RocScience, Wallop) and Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • An ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
