Full Time Referral Specialist

This is a permanent full-time opportunity to process referrals within the Surgery Connect Program and support the Manager by providing training and support to HHSs in the implementation of the program's strategic initiatives.
The successful applicant will be responsible for processing referrals in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately captured and documented. They will also provide training and support to HHSs in the implementation of the program's strategic initiatives, promoting collaboration and coordination across the organization.
About YouWe are searching for someone who:
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of medical terminology used to deliver patient-centred activities would be highly regarded.
- Demonstrates knowledge and experience with database utilisation and patient management systems would be highly regarded.
- Demonstrates the ability to successfully manage a range of activities with conflicting timeframes.
