The Referrals Officer is the primary liaison position managing the referrals of complaint matters between the OHO and other State and Commonwealth entities. There are also supportive administrative tasks undertaken in relation to referrals to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra).
Additional tasks also include providing relief to the AO4 Complaints Intake and Triage Officer role within the Intake team.

Applications will remain current for a period of up to 12 months and may be considered for other vacancies which may include an alternative employment basis (temporary; full time or part time).
