Service Provider Governance Specialist

About this Opportunity
- We are seeking a skilled professional to support the effective execution of governance activities for service providers.
This role involves applying governance frameworks, monitoring compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations, and contributing to initiatives that enhance operational resilience.
Key responsibilities include coordinating onboarding and governance activities for service providers, ensuring business teams and procurement have accurate documentation and clear process guidance. Additionally, you will apply governance frameworks by supporting the consistent application of relevant standards in daily service provider operations.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and risk partners to monitor service provider performance, document risks and issues, and support risk assessments.
The successful candidate will effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities, delivering quality outcomes within agreed timeframes. Exceptional communication skills are also essential, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt communication to suit different audiences.
- This includes managing the coordination of onboarding and governance activities for service providers, ensuring business teams and procurement have accurate documentation and clear process guidance.
- Applying governance frameworks by supporting the consistent application of ANZ Procurement Policies (as relevant), Suncorp Bank's Service Provider Management Framework and Material Service Provider Standard, and relevant standards in daily service provider operations.
- Monitoring service provider performance data and proactively flagging compliance risks or issues to the Manager, contributing to early risk identification and resolution.
