About The RoleAs a Service Provider Governance Advisor, you'll support governance activities for Service Providers across Suncorp Bank. Your responsibilities include applying governance frameworks, monitoring compliance, supporting operational resilience initiatives aligned with CPS 230, and working with stakeholders to manage service provider performance and risks.
This is a permanent role based in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney, working full-time (37.5 hours/week).
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate onboarding and governance activities for service providers, ensuring documentation and process clarity.
- Support the application of governance frameworks and standards.
- Monitor service provider performance and flag compliance risks.
- Track assessments, performance reviews, and compliance checks.
- Identify process inefficiencies and support improvements.
- Provide operational support with data inputs for risk assessments and reporting.
- Maintain governance records and support contract management activities.
- Analyze and document risks in line with CPS 230 and other regulations.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support risk management and decision-making.
- Contribute to operational resilience initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams on contract renewals and service provider management.
- Experience in governance, service provider management, or related roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.
- Proactive mindset and ability to contribute to process improvements.
