Service Provider Governance Advisor

About the Role

As a key member of our service provider governance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective execution of governance activities for material and non-material service providers.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional coordination skills, with the ability to manage onboarding and governance activities seamlessly. They will also have a deep understanding of governance frameworks, including ANZ Procurement Policies, Suncorp Bank's Service Provider Management Framework, and relevant standards.

Responsibilities will include monitoring service provider performance data, identifying compliance risks, and contributing to early risk identification and resolution. The successful candidate will also be responsible for scheduling, documenting, and tracking service provider assessments, as well as delivering timely and accurate operational support to business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the coordination of onboarding and governance activities for service providers.
  • Apply governance frameworks by supporting the consistent application of ANZ Procurement Policies, Suncorp Bank's Service Provider Management Framework, and Material Service Provider Standard.
  • Monitor service provider performance data and proactively flag compliance risks or issues.
  • Schedule, document, and track service provider assessments, including performance reviews and compliance checks.
  • Deliver timely and accurate operational support to business teams by managing data inputs for risk assessments, compliance reviews, and governance reporting.
