Job Description

This role is a key part of our Service Providers team, responsible for governance activities across the bank.

The successful candidate will apply governance frameworks, monitor compliance, and support operational resilience initiatives aligned with industry standards.

You will coordinate onboarding and governance activities for service providers, ensuring documentation and process clarity. You will also support the application of governance frameworks and standards, monitor service provider performance, and track assessments and compliance checks.

In addition, you will identify process inefficiencies, provide operational support with data inputs for risk assessments and reporting, maintain governance records, and contribute to operational resilience initiatives.

  • Coordinate onboarding and governance activities for service providers
  • Support the application of governance frameworks and standards
  • Monitor service provider performance and flag compliance risks
  • Track assessments, performance reviews, and compliance checks
  • Identify process inefficiencies and support improvements
  • Provide operational support with data inputs for risk assessments and reporting
  • Maintain governance records and support contract management activities
Requirements
  • Experience in governance, service provider management, or related roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
