We are seeking a skilled and experienced Event Coordinator to join our team.

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing all exhibitor/visitor enquiries, sending out information alerting exhibitors of approaching deadlines in the online manual, and assisting with the delivery of all events.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Managing all exhibitor/visitor enquiries*

* Sending out information alerting exhibitors of approaching deadlines in the online manual*

* Assisting with the delivery of all events*

* Acting as the main point of contact for all sponsors and VIPs, handling all on-site enquiries and providing administrative support as required*

* Providing superior standards of customer service and support*

**Requirements:**

* Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce*

* Intermediate knowledge of ExpoCad and Acrobat Writer (beneficial but not essential)*

* Superior attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities in terms of prioritising work and meeting deadlines*

* Ability to remain calm while working to tight deadlines and managing multiple requests for support from the team*

* Works well autonomously, has strong initiative, and is a self-starter coupled with a 'can-do' attitude*
