Weddings and Events Food Service Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a food service coordinator to manage events at our venues. Our team typically coordinates 400 events each year, aiming to deliver exceptional customer service at every event.

The Most Flexible Roles in the Industry

We offer flexible schedules that you can choose from each week, allowing you to manage your time effectively. However, we do require some key skills and qualities from our ideal candidate:

  • Responsibility: You will be accountable for setting floor plans and tables, following a detailed operational plan, and managing staff with food and beverage service.
  • Leadership: Experience leading a small team is preferred, but we also provide guidance and training.
  • Teamwork: You must be able to work well with clients, staff, and suppliers.
  • Availability: We require late evenings and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting floor plans and tables.
  • FOLLOWING A DETAILED OPERATIONAL PLAN.
  • Managing clients during the event.
  • Managing staff with food and beverage service.
  • Able to be accountable for anything venue related such as lighting, sounds, suppliers and on the day needs.
  • Closing event and packing down venue in accordance to our procedures (cleaning checklists etc.).
