The Role

You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and lead operational functions across business operations, IT, and risk management. Your responsibilities will include:

Business Operations

  • Procurement of equipment, supplies, and rental agreements
  • Managing facilities maintenance, office maintenance, and asset management
  • Liaising with IT professionals and assisting with troubleshooting

Risk Management and Compliance

  • Ensuring organisational policies, procedures, and systems are effective and compliant with standards
  • Managing insurances and overseeing renegotiations
  • Risk review, mitigation, and crisis management
  • Ensuring HR regulatory compliance is met, including occupational health and safety
  • Overseeing complaints and compliments process

Quality and Accreditation

  • Leading accreditation processes and quality improvement initiatives
  • Developing processes, practices, and systems to drive improvements
  • Considering and evaluating strategies to monitor impact
