">A leading role exists in a dynamic and expanding professional services organisation, seeking an accomplished Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the office, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication with staff and senior advisors.
">The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, including:
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Managing EOM reports and providing regular updates to senior advisors">
- Preparing key performance indicator reports for team members">
- Contributing to marketing initiatives and maintaining liaison with IT">
- Maintaining adherence to OH&S principles within the office environment">
- Supporting and mentoring administration staff to enhance their skills and knowledge">
- Overseeing correspondence, electronic filing, engagement letters, tax returns, ASIC updates, annual reviews, invoicing, debtor management, and banking transactions">
- Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with management and staff">
Requirements:
">To succeed in this challenging role, you will require relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrate strong commercial acumen, excellent IT skills, and exceptional organisational abilities. You will also need to showcase your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
