Technical Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to bridge the gap between engineering expertise and client engagement.
This is a hybrid role suited to an engineer with a strong sales background who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
You will generate and manage client relationships, translate complex IoT and AI capabilities into business value, and drive adoption of IOTTAG solutions across the mining, tunneling, and construction sectors.
- Technical and commercial liaison for enterprise clients.
- Identify, build, nurture, and expand client relationships.
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and demos to executive stakeholders.
- Translate technical IoT/AI concepts into clear value propositions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to shape client-specific solutions.
- Draft and deliver detailed proposals.
- Support deployment and ensure successful adoption of IOTTAG solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Computer Science, or related field).
- 5+ years' experience in technical account management, solution engineering, or technical sales.
- Strong client-facing relationship building, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to prepare proposals, documentation, and commercial responses.
- Willingness to travel.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth, agile environments.
Preferred knowledge includes:
- IoT ecosystems and architectures
- Enterprise Software
- Keen interest in Digital Twins, AI and data analytics
Bonus points for industry experience in mining, tunneling, or large-scale construction projects, as well as understanding of compliance, safety, and operational requirements in heavy industry.
