Linen Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Linen Delivery Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing linen exchanges in properties around Sydney, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver linens to and from properties across Sydney, adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Remove used linens from beds and ensure fresh linen packs are correctly placed for the cleaning teams.
  • Maintain accurate delivery schedules and inventory management, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and property teams as needed, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and transport linen bags, demonstrating physical stamina and endurance.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience in delivery or hospitality is an asset, but not essential.
