Facilities Operations Specialist

The Facilities Operations Specialist will provide critical support for the maintenance and operation of facilities at a leading medical research centre.
This role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities, managing asset systems, and assisting in the implementation and management of operational policies and frameworks.
The position plays a key role in maintaining compliance, improving operational performance, and supporting the delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable facility services.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule maintenance works to minimize operational disruption.
- Liaise with stakeholders and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor work order status and contractor performance within the asset management system.
- Establish efficient administrative systems and procedures.
- Provide timely reporting on open, in-progress, and completed works.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and experience in coordinating equipment owners, suppliers, and contractors.
They should be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operationally critical environment.
