Facilities Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Facilities Operations Specialist.

This is a full-time role that requires someone with strong commitment and a positive attitude to work well in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

The role involves performing various repairs, maintenance and installation tasks, conducting routine inspections and maintaining cleanliness of work areas and amenities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing repairs, maintenance and installations in accordance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Conducting routine inspections to identify and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, plant and equipment.
  • Maintaining antique clocks and hanging artworks.
  • Assisting tradesmen in various tasks and ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
