About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Facilities Operations Manager to lead our Sydney-based facilities team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office amenities, including breakout areas, kitchen operations, and supplies.
  • Act as primary point of contact for any building services issues, managing facilities requests through ticketing systems.
  • Coordinate office events and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with senior management to define and communicate office and facilities processes and policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office management, including front-of-house and building services.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience delegating and coordinating work across multiple disciplines.
  • Effective management of third-party/supplier relationships.

Your Skills

  • Background in working within a diverse workforce in a creative/digital environment.
  • Experience working with Mac OS.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems for issue management.
