Leadership Opportunity in Sport and Experience Economy

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead policy development, service delivery, and project management within the sport and experience economy portfolios.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven initiatives that drive positive impact on communities across Victoria.

This is a unique opportunity to lead infrastructure projects, develop and promote Victoria's visitor economy, and outdoor recreation. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including Creative Victoria and other DJSIR groups and portfolio entities.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in the sport and experience economy portfolios.
  • Lead high-performing teams to deliver outstanding results and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and industry partners.

As a member of our Executive Board, you will contribute to shaping the future of our organization and driving positive change in the lives of Victorians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with local government, sporting and recreation organizations, and key community and industry stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice and services related to professional and community sport.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
