Routines and Leasing Officer

As a proactive Routines & Leasing Officer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to tenants and owners while supporting the smooth operation of our growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate routine property inspections
  • Manage leasing processes, including advertising vacancies and processing tenancy agreements
  • Liaise with tenants, owners, and contractors to resolve maintenance issues
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, leases, renewals, and correspondence
  • Support property managers in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Previous experience in property management or leasing (QLD Real Estate registration required)
  • Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently and part of a team
