Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 130 properties in Ipswich, Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties
  • Provide exceptional service and communication to property owners and tenants
  • Liaise with property owners to resolve issues and build rapport
  • Assist prospective tenants with their requests and facilitate smooth leasing processes
  • Oversee rent arrears and maintain accurate records
  • Administer lease renewals and end-of-lease procedures
  • Conduct thorough entry condition reports and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Effectively manage maintenance requirements for properties under management

Requirements:

  • Possession of a current Real Estate Registration Certificate
  • A valid Drivers Licence
  • Minimum 12 - 24 months experience in property management or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude
