Our organization seeks a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join us in making a real difference in people's lives by working with and supporting individuals who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.
The successful candidate will be part of a close-knit team of consultants who work collaboratively to support recovery and return to work.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic and equipment evaluations.
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and return to work, always prioritizing the client's best interests.
- Deliver targeted intervention strategies to enhance life independence, vocational capacity and functional performance.
- Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes.
- A willingness to travel is essential for this role.
- Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) is required for this position.
- Occupational Therapy qualification is necessary for success in this field.
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering on promises are vital.
